From the artist

Words are hard when emotions run deeply, so a practice of art became my visual diary - a way to work out feelings every night at the end of the day.

One day, my friends came over while my diary was drying on a shelf. Terrified, they convinced me to open up my diary and share it with the world.

I'm in awe at how one human's process of finding words can spark another human to find the strength of discovery as well, but art has a way of doing exactly that.

Enjoy.

Exceeded our expectations.

Susie pays attention to details and I love the extra touches she adds to her work. Would recommend her to friends and family.

Susie is an amazing artist.

Found out about her through TikTok. She gave a live art tour of several of her pieces at her home. Saw this piece and new it was perfect for my daughters college graduation. Bonus is that you can purchase originals as well as prints. It was shipped quickly the next day and was gift wrapped with a hand written note. Look forward to purchasing more of her art and can’t wait to she what she creates next.

AI & Artists

Artists and creatives have a special ability to bring the humanity into the act of creation. It isn’t only about the artwork produced. It’s about the love, energy, time and meaning that went into the creation. THIS is what makes the art valuable.

Elbows

By Susie | August 18, 2023

When people find out I’ve been a working artist for over a decade, they often ask what my highest achievement is. Elbows. I always just say…Elbows. I stand in the back of a gallery show, anonymous and unrecognized, watching people go around the room to view the work. Art is an expression of an artist…yes.…
